Shop space for share/sublease. Come get dusty! Have a big project that you need flat spaces where you can get loud/dusty/spread out for? I have a 1200sf one-man shop with enough room to share. You'd have access to all tools and equipment 24/7, in a well-lit, climate controlled space. Tools and equipment include: -MIG and TIG welders (steel, SS, aluminum) -Forge -Anvils -Hydraulic Press -Hydraulic Shear -Trailer -Flywheel Press -Sand, plaster, silicon and rubber casting supplies and space -Drill Press -Array of Power Tools (sanders, grinders, routers, etc) -Router Sled -Large fabrication spaces and tables -Wood and steel chop saws -Wood and steel band saws -Fairly innumerable hand tools. -Pan/Finger Brake -Sheet Roller -Hand Crank Shear -Table Saw -Oxy-acetylene Torch rigs -Compressed Air and Air Tools -Chainsaws My shop is very well equipped for various metals and wood projects. I tend to handle one project at a time and don't fill the space as much as it could/should be.
