Join us on July 17th in the Palm room for our Mumm Champagne Brunch. Tickets include a four-course meal with champagne pairings. We will start with a West coast oyster with a champagne foam caviar with a micro green salad and a strawberry-lime vinaigrette with parmesan crisps paired with Mumm Nappa. Our second course features Chinese pancakes with scrambled eggs, green onions, sesame seeds, leaf lettuce, bacon, and sweet bean pasta paired with Mumm Napa Brut Rose. The third course will be smoked, fried pork belly roll with honey, rosemary, thyme, and garlic paired with Mumm Grand Cordon. Finally, the dessert course will be a strawberry shortcake with a rose battered Strawberry coulis and a fanned strawberry on top, paired with Mumm Grand Cordon Rose.
