Small e-commerce company looking for packager, graphic design artist

Hi, I have a small e-commerce business based out of ypsilanti that is rapidly growing! We sell professionally on FB marketplace and Etsy. We make custom metal and wood engraved products. What we are looking for! 1. Packager, 10-15hrs a week, this is a warehouse type position helping package orders, pay is $20/hr to start, after 60 days will bump you up to $22/hr and include you in a small profit sharing program. 2. Customer service, 5 hours a week, this can be done remotely or where we work out of, need help handling customer disputes, responding to people in a timely manner ect... This position is $15/hr, will bump up to $17/hr after 60 days and will include you in profit sharing. 3. Creative person that can help with branding, taking pictures of products for sale and a few other things! This would probably be a contractual position, compensation can be discussed. 4. Graphic design person, 10-15 hours a week, $20/hr to start, can be done remote but would like to touch base in person once a week, profit sharing after 60 days Feel free to text or e-mail
