Shelton Hendricks, 61, of 152 Broad St., Floor #1 in Norwich, was charged with first-degree stalking and risk of injury to a minor. He was held on $250,000 bond. Police said that they responded to a call Thursday at 12:23 p.m. at the Christmas Tree Shop at the Crystal Mall at 850 Hartford Road in Waterford. The call was regarding a man who had entered the women's restroom and placed a mirror under the stall and into the next stall, which was occupied by a juvenile.
