TTCC (Tactical Trauma Care Course) This course is designed for anyone who shoots, Conceal carry's or spends time on a range. Instructors, RSO’s, hunters, and all shooters, will learn valuable, lifesaving skills in the event of a shooting. This class will cover: Understanding gunshot wounds. Bleeding control, including the use of tourniquets, pressure dressings, and hemostatic agents. Chest trauma, including pneumothorax and tension pneumothorax. Airway control Head, neck, and face trauma. Heat and cold emergencies. Lifts and carries. The cost for this one day course is only $150.00,. Plus $25 room fee paid to the range the morning of class. Students will receive a "Stop the Bleed" certificate, as well as a Certificate for class. All materials needed for class will be provided. Please bring your lunch and refreshments, we will have a microwave and refrigerator available. Instructor is a 33 year veteran Firefighter Paramedic from Cook County IL. registration through Eventbrite.
