Gage Tree Service on the Palmer Wasilla Highway has an opening for a mechanic to keep our 2 crews going by keeping our small fleet repaired, maintained and in order. We're looking for an organized, well rounded, versatile, friendly person.
Seasonal or Full Time. If full time, we have Health Coverage and Paid Time Off
At a minimum, must have:
-3 years full-time experience as a mechanic
-basic welding skills
-understanding of hydraulics
-small engine skills a plus
This is generally a low pressure job, relatively solitary. We typically send the heavy repairs out, which you would coordinate. 40 hour-ish week, can be flexible.
