Looking for a contractor that can do rehab work on mobile homes. We have three mobile home parks in the Cortland/Ithaca area and have vacant homes that need varying degrees of rehab work. Some of the homes need light rehab work and others more extensive. Some skills needed are: plumbing, flooring, painting, electrical (not a must), and general rehab work. Compensation will depend on each home and the scope of work being done. We have a lot of work that needs to be done and are looking to develop a long term relationship with local contractors.
