The ideal candidate has the ability to work quickly under pressure, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with cross functional teams. As a Content Programming Specialist, you'll:  Support sales/merchandising campaigns to achieve revenue and engagement goals.Align business goals through effective site personalization and curation/execution of marketing and commerce strategies.Work with team leads, data scientists and engineers to execute campaign elements.Coordinate go-to-market strategies and merchandising activity prioritization with cross-functional teams.Identify process improvements and provide feedback to optimize the programming strategy and operations of the merchandising pillars.Report, analyze and iterate campaign results from revenue/sales outcomes.Create and manage aspects of monetization campaigns i.e. asset creation, price negotiations, exchange-rate management, campaign localization, and more.Work with team leads to budget studio resources against engagement and monetization objectives.
