Need carpenter to complete the following -Cleanout apartment (all items must be removed and hauled off) -Clean up (cleaning products provided) -vacuum (must bring own) - mop -sweep - wipe down -kitchen clean (stove, fridge, freezer, cabinets, etc.) -bathroom clean (toilet, tub, vanity, sink, etc.) - ceiling fan wipe down -Touchup paint throughout(same color as before, no brush work needed, roll only) -Replace entry door (should be slab only, need to measure and pick up at hardware store)
