Hours 9 pm - 5 am Duties Include But Not Limited To: *Walk the property several times each night *Lock/unlock swimming pool each day/night *Assist management/residents as needed *Weekly light check/reports *Lock/unlock weight rooms each day/night *Take calls while on duty * must take pride in the job that you do. * must be trustworthy and reliable ( we have terminated many positions due to the fact that some individuals know this is a late night position and they take advantage of that. We have no need for individuals who prefer to sleep on the job or talk on their cell phones instead of tending to the needs of the property and the residents that live here. ) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience Plus monthly bonuses ranging from $200-$1000 based on your contribution to how well the property does
