Looking for unused space for a studio

Description

I am a local artist in need of a studio space to spread out a little and work on large paintings. I am not concerned with the condition of the building or any amenities other than electricity. I could also help to fix up/repair anything in exchange for use. There are so many unused buildings in Tulsa and I'm hoping for a longshot that someone will see this or pass this message along to a property owner that would let me use some space!
