I have several houses that Im trying to finish the flips in the next couple of days., I need another competant crew or a handyman. **I need someone to Paint today and tomorrow. Need Cieling sprayed and all the trim sprayed... ** **Tomorrow I need Outlets, Switches and Plates, light electrical..** I have 3 houses ready to start, Paint Interiors, Trim Repairs, Installing windows, RnR trimwork, glass block windows in basements... Some glue down vinyl plank floors jobs, some click laminate Replace, repair or adjust doors, Kitchen cabinets adjustments...etc Demo on some jobs... Some jobs require hauling Your or some trash away fm jobs. Most jobs have dumpster. This is a 1099 position, You are a Sub Contractor, NOT an employee. Not anywhere here says hourly... now or later. Materials will be provided or sometimes you will have to pick up via phone sale. You will get a list of work and sign a contract to complete it. Its good work for a good worker, Do NOT respond if you cannot do the work or DON'T have a good vehicle... Pay is generally 5-10 days after Completion, once the work is approved by the Investor. This is not bid work, there is a set installation price structure.. I have several quality installers and want to add to that... Lets all Have a Great day....
