Help to carry AC down a flight

I need help to carry a fifty three pound ( I think) air cond down the steps to my car at Brittany Manor today. Maybe someone who lives here or close can help. I am picking this up and they said it's heavy and id need another or just one person larger and stronger than I. Thanks
