PLEASE EMAIL: [email protected] Dishwasher ($10-15/hr) Location: 32950 Walker Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012 Dishwasher Job Responsibilities: • Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. • Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. • Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. • Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. • Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab. • Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries. • Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. • Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves. • Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties. • Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed. No prior experience required, $10/hr and $15/hr once trained in food prep. Server ($25/hr AVG) Location: 32950 Walker Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012 We are looking for a server who will be responsible for taking orders from and serving food to customers. Duties will mostly include taking food and drink orders and writing them down on order slips, and ensuring that tables are served properly and that all payments are collected. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. Server Responsibilities: • Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. • Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. • Engage with customers in a friendly manner. • Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. • Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. • Collect payments from tables. • Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. • Help food preparation staff when necessary. Server Requirements: • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner. PAY: $22-28/hr Line Cook ($18-20/hr) Location: 32950 Walker Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012 We are looking for a competent Line Cook to join our team. Must have a polite, friendly, and willing-to-learn attitude. Qualifications: Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, Must have experience cooking in restaurants and the ability to work effectively within a team. Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail. • Casual family-run dining restaurant • Preferred previous experience as a chef/line cook • $18-20/hr
