Have you been diagnosed with a chronic disease or condition? Flagship Research, located in San Diego, is helping a client recruit people in the Milwaukee area for an in-person usability study. Participants will evaluate prototypes of an application and patient kit to be used with a medical device for treating certain chronic conditions. The purpose of this study is to determine how easy or difficult you feel the application and kit are to use and understand. Your time commitment would be 90 minutes. You will receive an AMEX gift card of $150 for your help with our study. We have an online screener to help find the people who are best suited for the study. Please click here to answer a few questions for us. • As mentioned, we are recruiting for a usability research study that will take place in person at Gomoll Research & Design in Milwaukee, WI. • At no time will you be required to change the therapy of yourself or that of anyone else. • You will receive $150.00 for your participation at the completion of the study session. • The company running the study would like to audio and video record the session. You will be asked to sign a consent form giving permission to be recorded after you arrive at Gomoll Research & Design. • Please be assured that this research does not involve sales of any kind; the research firm is only interested in your feedback on the medical system.
