Job description Work for the areas leading Building Services Provider! We are seeking reliable candidates for Part Time evening Cleaning/Fill-in positions working in a variety of buildings located in the Eugene and Springfield areas. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. We are seeking someone who is available to start immediately. Job Description: **This is a permanent position responsible for cleaning open shifts in various accounts/buildings each night depending on other employees calling out, taking time off and/or new accounts. Please keep in mind this is not a set schedule/hours. Hours vary between 3-5 hours nightly (15-25 hours per week). Position starts after 5pm. The starting pay rate is $15.25 per hour and we pay for travel time and mileage. We are seeking candidates who have a valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to be considered for this position. Your daily work assignments/ locations will vary so you must be flexible and able to travel to various buildings and accounts on a nightly basis. *Must be mature and dependable-excellent attendance required for this position Requirements: 1). Reliable Transportation 2). Valid and clean driving record 3). Prior Housekeeping experience/ commercial cleaning experience preferred Job duties include: trash removal, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning, re-stocking supplies, Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and learn to operate a back pack vacuum weighing 10 lbs.
