We have an immediate opening for a Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician at our 200-Unit Apartment Community in Temple, Texas. Must be experienced in multifamily maintenance or have previous experience in a related field. Qualified applicants should have: * 2+ Years Apartment Make Ready/Maintenance experience; * Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliance repair experience; * Painting and Drywall experience; * Verifiable work history; * Will assist the Maintenance technician and/or Property Manager with special maintenance projects.
