Seeking: Femme guitarist for tour

We're a hard rock / metal band (all women) looking to add a lead guitarist for touring. Right now our lead singer is handling both guitar and vocals - we'd like to switch her to rhythm guitar to allow more focus on vocals and provide a larger guitar sound overall. Our priority is finding someone easy to work and be on the road with. We've got a great, chill vibe going and are looking to add someone complimentary in. Parts are pre-written. Tours are within and outside the US, typically 4-6 weeks opening for larger acts.
