The Job: Workers are wanted for site cleanup and rehab/repair work on a mobile home in Bithlo, FL 32833. Needed supplies and drinking water will be provided, including: gloves, masks, and tools for specific jobs as needed. There is a Publix, Taco Bell, Zaxby's and McDonald's near the work site if desired for lunch and also restroom facilities. Job Tasks and Skills: *garbage pickup to clear out the property *some work on skirting around the building perimeter *filling in a few ditches *Fencing (digging post holes, Setting posts, assembling and hanging fence panels) *administering pest treatment *interior clearing and cleaning *patching drywall holes *installing corner bead *flooring work (Carpet and Pad Removal, laying vinyl plank flooring) IMPORTANT NOTES: *This job is set to occur Monday 6/27/2022 and Tuesday 6/28/2022, and work will begin at 8am. *Most work available is outdoors. and please plan accordingly for the summer weather (cool clothing and a hat are recommended). *Hired workers MUST be able to provide their own transportation to and from the site. *This job will be paid $14 per hour in cash. Pay will be in cash at the end of the work day. *All workers must sign clock in sheet when starting work, and must clock out/in for lunch break and at end of day. *Please indicate the date and time you are available to arrive on site in your text message.
