Arnis, also known as Kali and Escrima, is a collection of Filipino Martial Arts known for using sticks and knives but also bare-handed techniques in a modular way. Join the workshop to learn some basics of stick and knife fighting and how it applies to bare hands. Arnis class is pay what you can with a "suggested" $10 donation.
