Full Time Handyman With Real Estate Company 5 Days Per Week: Pay is $25 / hour x 8hrs per day. $200 per day We also have larger jobs that will be paid on a per job basis. Must have clean driving record; you will be driving our van for various tasks. We provide all tools You will be doing small type jobs at the various properties that we manage. Must do clean and neat work. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have the following skills: paint/plaster/sheetrock light plumbing (light type plumbing work, such as toilet repair, kitchen sink repair, etc) light electrical (small stuff such as switches, and fixture replacements) light carpentry
