This fun-filled event will help scouts explore new fields and broaden their knowledge while earning merit badges. Courses taught by university students will cover topics ranging from aviation to robotics and even sustainability. We look forward to seeing you there! FAQs Are there any prerequisites for completing the merit badges? We have selected merit badges that require little to no work outside of the class on the day of the event and have no prerequisites. Is there any work required for scouts after the day of the event? Some badges may require work after the event has ended, but scouts will be well prepared for any follow-up assignments. Please ask your course instructor for more details.   What are my parking options for the event? Check-in will take place in the Willie Miller Instructional Center (building 331). You may park behind the building in the parking lot with the blue signs. There is no parking fee.   How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions you may have about the event.   What's the refund policy? Refunds will be issued up to 7 days before the event. All refunds requested due to the sudden change of the event's date will be honored up to 48 hours before the event.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. We will accept both digital and printed tickets. You may bring the emailed ticket or proof of purchase with you to check-in.   Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No. The name on each registration must match the name of the scout attending the event. Pease fill out the payment section of your ticket purchase with the name of the person paying for the ticket. Please fill out each registration with the name of the scout attending the event.
