Come join us for a FREE outdoor barre3 class at Happy Valley Park Saturday, July 16th at 8:45AM! All fitness levels welcomed and encouraged! Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and optional handheld weights. After class, we’ll be hosting an epic raffle with incredible prizes from local businesses. All proceeds from the purchase of raffle tickets will go directly to the Community Doula Alliance — a local Portland, black woman-lead 501c3 non-profit whose missions is to eliminate the gap in maternal-infant health disparities for BIPOC women and decolonize the birth worker profession. We’re also thrilled that Copper and Honey Coffee will be there serving up delicious coffee, matcha, chai and more for purchase from their absolutely adorable coffee cart
