Private Tables • DJ • Photo Booth • Live Band • Music & Art Performances Come dressed to impress in your sky blue attire and enjoy an evening of elegance and fun. This French inspired outdoor dinner party is all about music, food and good vibes. Grab your significant other and or group of friends; and make this a summer you will never want to forget at Le Dîner en Bleu!This private event will be held in a secret location in Camp Springs, MD. Table registration is required for entry. This invitation entitles you to purchase tables for you and your guests. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis until the event is sold out. DRESS CODE: The dress code is Sky Blue (no exceptions). Dress to impress. It is preferred that you come dressed in all sky blue, but something sky blue will do. Be creative as you like and add fascinators, hats and masks! Upscale cocktail attire is strongly encouraged but not required. MUST BE 21+ to participate. This event is for the grown and sexy.PLEASE NOTE: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. This event is expected to follow the CDC Guidelines if and when necessary.Event Booking By purchasing a ticket, you and your guests are entitled to entry with a private dinner table at Le Dîner en Bleu. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. Rain Date: The rain date is Sunday, July 10, 2022, 5PM-9PM. Don’t forget to mark your calendar for both the event date and the rain date. If bad weather looms the morning of the event, you will be notified via email that the event will be postponed due to rain or bad weather. Participation Fees: To participate in this event, a table donation fee (by means of a ticket purchase) is required in order for you and your guests to be seated. Table donation fees are: General Admission ($160 for a table of four and $320 for a table of eight) and VIP ($240 for a table of four and $480 for a table of eight). These fees include a linen tablecloth, linen napkins, 4-8 chairs depending on your table purchase, and 1-2 bottles of champagne (Prosecco (non-VIP) and Bel Air Bleu (VIP)) depending on your table purchase. Food, drinks and tabletop decor are not included with your ticket purchase. You will be responsible for bringing all items needed to create an exclusive dining experience.Purchase Policy: All donations are final -- There are no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, nor transfers after the order has been made.Table Assignments: Before completing your ticket purchase, please view the table seating chart below and choose your assigned table. It is important that those who are accompanying you at your table ARRIVE ON TIME because guests will not be seated until the full party is present. Please note that additional chairs will not be available outside of your reserved seating arrangements. Tables will only seat 4 or 8 people; no extras are allowed.Table Decor: We take some of the hauling off of your plate. No need to bring tables and chairs because we have that covered. Sky blue tablecloths and napkins (for the traditional napkin wave) will also be provided. You will be responsible for bringing your own tabletop decor: centerpieces, flowers, candles, plates, glasses, eating utensils, etc. Get as creative as you like with your tabletop decor items. You will also need garbage bags to take all of your trash with you at the end of the event. Pack light and use a pulley to transport your items. Anything that you bring to transport your items MUST be able to fit underneath your table.Food & Drinks: Food and drinks are not included with your ticket purchase. We strongly encourage you to bring your own picnic (food and drinks) or you may purchase to-go meals from one of the nearby restaurants located in Restaurant Row Apollo. The restaurants are within walking distance of the event location, so to-go meals can be retrieved after you've been escorted to your assigned table. Visit each restaurant's website to place your to-go order in advance of arrival.Meet-Up Destination: The meet-up destination point is 5900 Capital Gateway Drive Camp Springs, MD 20746. It is important that you and your guests ARRIVE ON TIME by 5:00pm. You and your guests can meet here to park, organize, and prepare to walk to the event venue together - the event location is within short walking distance. As your guests start to arrive, please make sure they check in with your Table Leader; your Table Leader is the person responsible for keeping your group organized. An event host will be on site at the meet-up destination and will provide directions to the secret event location shortly after 5:00pm.Parking: Free parking is available at the meet-up destination. When arriving, turn into the WMATA Entrance of the parking lot. DO NOT park at Restaurant Row Apollo as this parking lot is reserved for restaurant patrons only, not event attendees. Safety: No weapons, illegal drugs or controlled substances, including marijuana are permitted.Thank You!
