This year's 4th of July Community WOD will be "Team 1776". (Teams of 3) This event is dedicated to honor those who have fought for us & those who continue to make sacrifices for our freedom.
Workout is designed to be performed as a team of 3 (Register for 3 if you are signing up for you & your teammates).We will offer heats every hour running from 8:00am to 10:00am with groups of 30 athletes in each heat. (Last Heat will go at 10:00am)Gym will open at 7:30am to allow for warm-up time.• If you are not currently a CrossFit 51 member, you are still welcome to join us! We ask that you arrive early to your heat time to allow for warm-up time & complete a waiver.
