Looking for a part-time Handyman / Jack of all trades to assist with renovation and maintenance of a 7,500 SqFt home in North Reading. Looking for someone part-time 15 to 25 hours per week. Not looking for charity work, willing to pay competitive hourly wage to the right person (Cash). Have tools / full workshop on sight. Happy to provide project list, photos, etc.
