TILE SETTER/HARWOOD FLOORING INSTALLER compensation: $45 Per Hour EXPERIENCED CARPENTER/DRYWALL INSTALLER Compensation $45 Per Hour 2x EXPERIENCED AND DETAILED PAINTERS Compensation. $40.00 Per Hour No beginner, Attention to detail and dedication. 1099 EMPLOYEE PAYMENT EVERY 2 WEEKS Are you searching for a position that will allow you to work with your hands and put your skills to use? Then you would be an excellent fit as a master tile setter with our renovation company. In this position, you will get to set tiles of various materials in patterns ranging from basic to complex in rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms. TILE SETTER/HARWOOD FLOORING INSTALLER Job Responsibilities Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results. Need a dedicated employee, Job is different location in chicago. EXPERIENCED CARPENTER/DRYWALL INSTALLER Experienced Carpenter/Drywall installer. No beginner, Have multiple projects in the city of chicago and suburbs. 2x EXPERIENCED AND DETAILED PAINTERS Job Skills and Qualifications Reqiured: Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment Outstanding attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Preferred High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 or more years experience. Carpentry and renovation experience a plus Must have own tools, and transportation (Machines and reliable equipment) Must be detailed and on time Ability to work alone or with helper Must bring references and portfolio First week trial for experience and trial.
