Spend time shooting from a vehicle, porting a windshield, or sending rounds through different parts of a vehicle to see how they react. There is a huge difference between what you see on TV and in the movies from real world ballistics and how rounds react to the difference in the angle and make up of windshields, doors, pillars, and plastic. What part of the vehicle will protect you and what part wont? What is the difference from shooting out of the windshield or into one? How do you survive an attack inside your car and how do you fight your way out? We will answer all these questions and more during this vehicle course.
We will discuss carry options for everyday travel and how best to access your carry weapon while buckled and seated. How do you safely exit the vehicle and fight your way out of danger?
We will be practicing with both SIRT and live firearms. We will be focusing on the fundamentals and working our way into live fire training throughout the day.
