The Ladies of Queen City Ivy & Pearls (RPO, Inc.) are hosting THE premier Halloween Party of 2022. Pink Groove will be a fun and sophisticated night to remember. Costumes are Preferred but not required. Proceeds will support local scholarships and community programs. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable at no cost TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR Health Measures Must be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Home tests or PCR tests are acceptable. Masks are optional.
