HAMDEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10k richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 28, Bryan Castillo, of New Haven purchased a 30X CASH 7th Edition ticket from the Snacks Plus II store in Hamden and won $10k.
