This is an inperson training taking place in Atlanta, Georgia. Join Kori Smith for both Day 1 and Day 2 of Restorative Practices (RP) training! JOIN US!This training is perfect for teachers, school leaders, and anyone who supports students directly. Day 1: Introduction to Restorative Practices Understanding the WHY behind RP. Special focus on the Social Discipline Window, RP Continuum and Fair ProcessDay 2: Using Circles Effectively Putting what is learned during Day 1 into practice! Participants will be prepared to lead various circle structures effectively, including circles that repair harm. This training will take place in-person in Atlanta, Georgia at The Lola (located within the Southern Daries Complex near Ponce City Market)All participants will need to show proof of vaccination from COVID-19 upon arrival. Mask wearing is not currntly mandated in the city of Atlanta. We will follow all mask requirements as established by local governance. If the event has to be canceled for any reason, including the COVID -19 pandemic, refunds will be issued.
