Every Wednesday is family night at the Lenexa Public Market! Come get a bite to eat and hang out with your family. This week, Kate Smith Soirée (Butterfield's Bakery) is bringing cupcakes for you and your family to decorate from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Register ahead of time to guarantee you have cupcakes to decorate, or purchase tickets at the door during the event before they are sold out. Prices are listed below (does not include Eventbrite fees): $5 for a set of 2 cupcakes decorate$12 for a box of 6 cake donuts to decorateDecorating will take place on upstairs in The Kitchen on the mezzanine the main floor. Attendees must arrive by 7:15 p.m. to decorate their cupcakes. About Family Night Every Wednesday is family night at the Lenexa Public Market from 5 to 8 p.m. Bring the whole family for free indoor and outdoor activities like a balloon artist, yard games, sidewalk chalk, coloring pages, and classic board games including Connect4, checkers, tic-tac-toe and Jenga®. Family night is free to attend but a few of the rotating activities require pre-registration and purchase of tickets. Family night is sponsored by Mainstreet Credit Union. Merchant specials for Family Night Enjoy the Family night special at Topp'd Pizza + Salads: Get a free 6" kid's pizza with the purchase of at least a small pizza. Buy a butter chicken entrée from Sohaila's Kitchen and get a free mango lassi drink. For parents ages 21+, the The Tasting Room has a special “Wine Wednesday". Get 20% off wine-based cocktails from 4 to 7 p.m.
