Join Caia for a one hour Vinyasa practice.
A vinyasa (or flow) is a smooth transition between asanas (yoga postures) where each movement is paired with breath. Example: inhale ‘x,’ exhale ‘y.’ This particular practice will be more energizing than a YIN or traditional YOGA practice and will leave your muscles and your mind feeling refreshed!
What to bring:
•Yoga mat/yoga towel
•Fitness attire you’re comfortable moving in
•Water. You WILL sweat!
This is a family friendly event!
