Gentle Yoga
Help improve general wellness by relieving stress, supporting good health habits, and improving mental/emotional health, sleep, and balance, with simple poses such as warrior, triangle, chair, & goddess to name a few.
Followed by Beginner Tai Chi
Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Things to bring along with you to the class:
Yoga Mat or Towel
Water Bottle
After the class join us inside the bar for a nice refreshing Mimosa
