Writing Partner

I'd like to find a writing partner to help develop a few scripts I have in progress. Someone to bounce ideas off of, someone who knows story structure, and someone who is motivated to make it happen. Experience is not necessary though. I'm a relative newcomer as well but I have written, produced and directed a few short films. Procrastination is one of my biggest problems. If I had a writing partner I'd feel more obligated to work instead of getting lost on YouTube for hours. If you have any ideas you want to work on we can do that, too. I'm looking for a partner not an assistant. This can be done through email or on Zoom. A weekly Zoom meeting would be preferable to start.
