Description
We are looking for an extremely experienced maintenance technician, to serve as one of the onsite maintenance personnel for our facilities.
Your duty will be to complete maintenance actions with efficiency.
Common things that will need to be fixed:
-Clogged/inoperable toilets and sinks
-Kitchen and bath hardware/faucets
-Lighting
-Fix holes in walls
-Painting over patched areas
-Assembling indoor/outdoor furniture
-Hang photos, towel bars, etc.
-Electric outlets, switches, and covering
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE doing maintenance for large properties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We require all employees to wear masks while on-site and in close proximity to our clients. We also provide weekly COVID testing. New employees are expected to test and produce results, prior to the first day of employment. All new clients are also tested.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Property maintenance: 1 year (Required)
