This Summer Pet Shop Santa Cruz will be offering a fun, interactive and educational summer class for kids ages 5-17. Meet and learn about many different species of animals from all around the world. Dive in depth to learn about anatomy, life cycles, defense mechanisms, how animals hunt and eat prey, their natural habitats, conservation and much more. Classes will be split into two age groups, 5-10 and 11-17 to make sure programs are catered to different education levels. Classes will be 1 hour long with a presentation, meeting of the animals we discussed in class and art projects. Classes can be taken individually or consecutively. If classes are taken individually you may choose which class you would like to attend. If you choose the full curriculum package you receive a discounted rate and are able to attend all 9 classes offered.
