Aspiring guitarist looking for other musicians

ME: I am a retired professional. New to Boone. On-again, off-again guitar player for many years, but there are years and gaps in my practice and development. Sold my electric guitar a few years ago, but kept the Martin acoustic. I enjoy and listen to all genres of music, but my heart rests with BLUES MUSIC. I'm willing to try any music that works with an acoustic guitar. Musically... I am still a newbie; I understand basic music theory; can "see" and play notes and scales up and down the fret board; can play open chords and barre chords; I understand chord progressions, the CAGED system, keys and etc. I just haven't put it all together so that I feel comfortable playing with others, and I'd like to change that. YOU: You are an aspiring musician. Maybe you are already an accomplished or established musician. Guitarist. Bassist. Harp player. Drummer. You play an instrument that works with an acoustic guitar, or maybe you just sing. You are more experienced or less experienced. You are young, old, of any gender identity, any race or religion, and you don't practice hate. You are willing to work, play, and possibly teach based on what is described above. US: We will meet and practice at least once a week – more if there is a connection and a desire to keep learning and growing. We will meet at my place, your place, the park, a coffee shop, or a bar that will let us hang-out and practice while drinking a beer. I will strive to learn your music, and you will learn or play the Blues with me – we will simply make some music together. Drop me a note if any of this sounds interesting.
