Description
We are looking for someone who is able to do some basic handyman jobs and then one or two bigger carpentry kinds of jobs. Here’s what we’re hoping you are skilled at.
1) replace current electric plugs and switches
(Existing ones are all yellow or painted over)
2) install 2 or 3 new light fixtures,
3) route cable wire from our basement to coax connectors in 2 room (right now it comes through a hole in the floor)
4) remove and replace an exterior door
And if you’re really handy,
5) Demo the sheet rock in our kitchen down to the studs.
Pay is $20/hour. And they’ll be a $5/hour bump if you demonstrate reliable and conscientious skills at what we need done. We have all the materials and if you have the tools and transportation we’re ready to start immediately.
