We are a small growing company looking for the right candidate to fill our Monday-Friday, 40-50+ hr. per week position. We apply fertilizer, weed controls, lime, mosquito controls and other services to home lawns. Candidate must be 18+, able to lift 50 lb. bags, be on feet and moving throughout the entire day, have good communication skills, be mechanically inclined, and be ok working with pesticides and other chemicals. As the company grows, there will be room to grow into managerial position, sales, and so on. Must have dependable transportation to and from work. Clean driving record is a must and must have valid drivers license. Pesticide license is required, but we are willing to train the right individual. Candidate will need to study for and pass Mass pesticide applicators test, if not already licensed. $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS for any individual with a current pesticide license/ or once you pass the pesticide test.
