I have a cat that needs help and a new home. My dad has become disabled and can no longer care for her. I am clueless as to what to do because I am unfamiliar with cats. She likely needs treated for fleas and may need a vet checkup. I'm not sure. She is friendly. Located in Excelsior Springs.
