This is a self rescue fancy pigeon that showed up on my patio one day trying to enter my other pigeon’s cage. I’ve been able to keep her temporarily but cannot keep her as my own pigeons already take up the whole patio. No rehoming fee, unless you want the cage (medium dog crate) I’ve been keeping her in then it’s 45 for everything.
