Lily pad floating mat

We were driving on hwy 41 s just past the hwy 10 interchange in Appleton when our 17x6 the pad lily aqua floating mat flew off our pontoon boat. As we went to turn around to go get it we saw a man with a red pickup truck with a cap putting it in the back.of his truck. Please we would really like our mat back. Thank you
