How are people surviving?

I am in awe of the rising prices.. of EVERYTHING. Im a mom of 3. I work full time and run a small business on the side and this is hard! Gas is killing me, groceries are crazy - the quality of food I can afford right now is junk.. bills are increasing monthly and I can't even imagine getting the "extras" like my oil changed, pets to the vet, kids to fun camps.. this just sucks. How are people doing this?
