Need a cat rescue ASAP

I am looking for a cat rescue in the Manassas area, I have what looks to be a 6-8 week old kitten. My sister found this little guy in a Wendy’s parking lot, he came right up to her, friendly as can be, he must of been dumped there. She brought him to my house and that’s when I noticed he had some sort of urinary tract issue/infection? Not 100% sure, I started him on antibiotic that day, it’s been day 3, he has perked up and eating which he didn’t eat the first day or 2nd day I had to force feed, I don’t have the $funds$ for this little guy to take to vet as I’m in the middle of moving and have spent everything I can. Please can anyone take him on and get him the help that may be needed? ASAP like today (Sunday 26th or Monday 27th) I don’t want to have to take him to the shelter unless I can’t find him the help I will be forced to take him because I don’t want him to suffer if he is. Please help
