Cole's Flea Market is looking for an independent, energetic, friendly, highly motivated-beer minded team member to join our Beer Tender/Server team! The ideal candidate must have a passion for people, EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and a self-starting work ethic. This position will be responsible for serving alcohol (of legal drinking age), and non-alcohol beverages to our guests and ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience. If you have a background in bartending, love your craft and are creative, you will be able to create classic and innovative drinks! This is a Part-Time, weekend position (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm). We are motivated to hire immediately - Apply Now! Duties: Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks Assessing customer needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Planning and presenting bar menu Checking customer identification and confirming it meets legal drinking age Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies Staying guest focused and providing an excellent guest experience Complying with all food and beverage regulations Requirements: Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Be over the age of 18 Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Computer literacy Bilingual preferred Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Relevant training certificate Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry Inventory.
