Found Scared & Exhausted Dog 6/25/23

Calling in help from anyone in Yamhill County area. Need to find lost dog’s home/people. We found this dog today running exhausted and scared down SW Gopher Valley Road in Sheridan (near Deer Creek Park). No tags or identifying information. Went to the closest emergency vet (shelters were closed) and scanned for microchip. Avid microchip but no information attached to it. Please pass along!
