FOUND: Tiny Parrot

I just came across a small (size of a chickadee) parrot at the corner of Walnut and Clarke streets in Manchester. Flies away when I get near but doesn't seem to be able to fly far. It's bright yellow and green with blue in its tail. Can't miss it. I'm going to try to attract it and see where I can go from there. It does seem less afraid than most wild birds.
