I need help fixing my eBike / Moped

I have a 2020 Ariel Rider D-Class eBike that needs repair. The brakepads were worn down after 5 months of riding. I replaced them and now the brakes don't function at all. The wheels wobble like crazy. A dozen spokes broke off during those 5 months. I wish I was more capable of fixing it myself, but I'm at a loss. Ariel Rider has been no help. They just send me YouTube links and wish me luck. I need help. I'll pay. Let me know if you're interested and capable. Thanks!
