Hiring Mover $20-25 Per hour + Tips Part Time Always Morning Start

I need to hire a mover preferably with at least some experience in household moving. This is a part time position morning starts Mon- Sat no Sundays. Typically 3 to 5 hours per day always morning start times due to the heat but jobs can be 2 to 7 hrs per day. Transportation is provided from the starting location at 19th ave and Union Hills to the job site and back. $25 per hour + tips to start for someone with real moving company experience which is preferred (must know how to wrap furniture professionally be good with assembly and disassembly and at least understand the basics of how moving trucks should be loaded $20 per hour + tips to start with no real moving experience but you must be able to deal with the heat and be physically capable of carrying 100+ lbs up and down stairs as needed. I also need someone who can be on time every day and follow direction until they have learned how to do it properly. Starts Tuesday June 28th 5-6 days per week Morning start times typically start work at 8 or 9 am and meet up a half hour before start time.
